The pages are designed to be widely accessible and do not assume any particular operating system or web browser. This site no longer supports browser accesskey settings.

Site construction and standards

The site uses HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) but should be usable without CSS. Specifically, the pages use HTML5 and CSS Level 3. The pages are built using free software including GNU m4 macro processor, tidy-html5 validator, vim editor and git version control.
